hello I got a bone to pick with you sir. I got ripped off many times on Amazon/I ordered a portable blu-ray player brand new from a 3rd party seller. Amazon fucked me over suspended my account. and lied on my civil papers with ic3 gov officeI got ripped off. how the hell do I fight your amazon . how the hell do I get my money back with out a account?

When you sell on Amazon.com, they take 20% of the sale as commission. Additionally, they freeze your funds at seemingly random intervals. If a customer claims they did not receive an item–even if you can provide a delievry confirmation number showing that it had been delievered–Amazon will pay the claim at your expense. I still have not been paid for sales made from the December period, which amounts to over $1,300.
