The inception of “ViaWeb”©
ViaWeb© is the brainchild of Amr Selim, the e-Services and CRM expert who has been in the service sector for more than 20 years and in the Internet, e-business and e-commerce field since 2003. Amr has been helping many organizations to successfully e-xtend their business and services on the Internet and revolutionize the way they serve their own customers and manage those relationships.
After a session with his coach “Ernesto Verdugo“, Amr has discovered a gap in providing such services to small and medium Businesses in the Middle East. Strangely enough, there is still a lower Internet technology adoption rate amongst those small and medium enterprises, despite the high “personal” adoption rate by the entrepreneurs / owners of those businesses (For example: many entrepreneurs are actively using social media tools such as Facebook©, Twitter©, LinkedIn©, WordPress© and YouTube© – personally and on a daily basis, but are not that active in using those same tools for their business or not correctly doing it!) Goviaweb© will be your helping hands and the catalyst of change, so that you can have optimized online results in a relatively short period of time.
